When you arrive please make yourself known to our reservations team. If you arrive early we recommend making yourself comfortable in our Terry Edwards Bar & Lounge, where you can find refreshing cocktails and our delicious bar food menu. 

Luggage can be left in our cloakroom with the help of our reservations team. Please note, all items are left at your own discretion.

We have limited parking available within the main hotel grounds, however we have an overflow car park just a short walk away.

Our check-in time is from 15:00pm, however should you arrive to us before this time, our friendly Front of House team can complete the pre-check in process with you, so you can sit back and relax until your room becomes available. We do not currently offer an earlier check in time, however all rooms are guaranteed to be available from 15:00pm.

Our departure time is at 11:00am. However subject to availability, a late departure until 12:00pm is available at the additional fee, this can be reserved with our Front of House Team.

7:00am until 10:00am Monday to Friday 7:30am until 10:30am Saturday & Sunday.

The cost of breakfast is at the promotional offer of £14.95pp on arrival or alternatively before 22:00pm the evening before. Payment is required in advance and this would be a non-refundable rate. If you wish to add on breakfast in the morning, there will be a slight increase on the cost, this can be payable on departure.

We don't offer specific room allocations, as all rooms are allocated automatically at the time of booking. However we can make a note on the reservation of your request and should your desired room become available, the note will be taken into consideration. However we must stress this is not guarantee, subject to availability & additional charges may apply.

Your room will be serviced during your stay, however If you are staying with us for multiple nights, you have the option to opt out of daily housekeeping.

Access to the indoor relaxation pool during resident hours is included with all overnight stays. To use our outdoor vitality pool during these hours an upgrade is required (subject to availability). 

To make your stay a spa break, please add on a spa experience. This must be booked separately, and in advance to avoid disappointment as our spa fills up very quickly.

Overnight residents have complimentary access to our spa facilities between 17:00pm until 22:00pm & 7:00am until 10:00am. Access to our outdoor vitality pool and spa garden can be booked upon check-in at an additional cost.
